The Valley Community is a residential community located in the United Arab Emirates. It is situated in the emirate of Abu Dhabi, on the outskirts of the city of Dubai – Al Ain Road, In November 2019, Emaar Properties unveiled a master development that provides housing options in a self-sufficient neighborhood. The Valley is the name of the development that is situated outside of Dubai.

The community is made up of villas, apartments and townhouses, all of which are designed to provide residents with a high quality of life. The Valley Community is home to a number of amenities and facilities, including schools, hospitals, shopping malls and parks. The community is also well-connected to the rest of the UAE, with good road and public transport links,a busy thoroughfare that connects Sharjah with Dubai, tucked away from the bustle of the peninsula.

Modern townhouse developments are part of The Valley’s master plan in Dubai, which is surrounded by beautiful greenery. The neighborhood will offer recreational facilities, leisure activities, educational opportunities, healthcare services, and lifestyle amenities in a scenic location. The fourth quarter of 2023 is projected to be the completion date.

The Valley’s expansive outdoor areas are shown in Emaar’s master plan. There are playgrounds, splash parks, parks, and jogging pathways. A 10,000 square metre Kids’ Dale will also be present in the village, along with an amphitheatre and an archaeological site.

Residents will also profit from the 20,000 square metre sports village, which includes a community gym, sports courts, and bicycle lanes. Those who desire to practise yoga and meditation would benefit from living close to nature. The Valley’s Zen & Oasis Garden. A maze and observation tower are also included.


Real estate for sale in Emaar The Valley Dubai is thought to provide profitable investment prospects. A variety of three- and four-bedroom villas and townhouses with total covered areas ranging from 1,988 square feet to 2,311 square feet are available for investors and those looking for housing. Four residential clusters have been introduced by the developer.


The Valley’s Eden subcommunity’s initial phase is expected to be finished in 2023. In Eden The Valley Dubai, there are numerous villas and townhouses for sale. The properties are separated into the Spruce, May Bell, and Iris architectural style clusters. Each exemplifies spacious, uncluttered living quarters with plenty of parking and outdoor space. The parks and playgrounds in the neighborhood are easily accessible from these homes for sale in Eden.


Townhouses in Nara:

The Nara neighbourhood consists of townhomes with three to four bedrooms that feature the Aston, Palma, and Charm architectural styles.



Townhouses of 3 and 4 bedrooms are available in Talia in the Pharo, Cyrus, and Elio architectural styles.



Orania is a collection of three- and four-bedroom homes that come in either Bold or Sleek.


Off-plan homes in this area are anticipated to be finished soon. These are available for 30 months of flexible post-handover payment plans. Price of townhouses and villas in The Valley are generally similar while the two property units could differ in architectural styles. The other amenities would remain unchanged.


The Sevens Stadium is close to the Dubai-Al Ain Road with direct access.

Dubai Outlet Mall is a short drive from Al Marmoom Heritage Village and can be reached in 9 to 10 minutes by car.
